Summary of Changes

• Analyze alternatives for the current ACE Logger in C++ used in the Logging System. The two main objectives for the replacement of technology are:

• MonitoringSyncTool fails with Hibernate 6 due to a change in the JQL/HQL syntaxis to be case-sensitive for entity and column names.
