Help! I get strange error messages when I do make install for my kernel module
Provide steps that the user can take to solve the problem. For example "The level 7 printer will flash red when it is out of paper. Add paper to tray 1".

In the installation step, an error arises which complains about that no files can be created/installed. Normally root is not allowed to change/modify permissions on a network file system and root permissions are essential for ACS to install any kernel modules in lib/modules/`uname -r`/alma. So, the installation process stops here and things are only halfway installed. The resolution is simple:
