At the beginning of each month a memorandum should be prepared with the work done during the previous month. This report is very straightforward and should provide the following information:
- Month being reported
- Release associated with the month of work
- List of tasks (be them tickets or otherwise)
- New features implemented
- Improvements implemented
- Bug-fixes implemented
- Distribution of the FTEs of work (2 FTEs as of the moment of writing)
The report is sent to Jorge Ibsen for review and then he sends it to ESO
