This is the last ACS development to be used in Cycle 8. Below is the list of addressed tickets.

Removed Mico (as latest version of TAO offers IDL parsing without compiling)
Removed log4cpp dependency as it was never used in production
CppUnit now can be installed at the O.S. level
Monitoring timestamp now retrieved from DevIO instead of "arbitrary"
Multiple PYTHONPATH with the same IDL stubs and skeletons now work properly
Remove warning when using custom classloader in acsStartJava
New Makefile improvements and polishing
Fixed a couple of Phase A tests
Prepared scenario to replicate problems with callbacks after a FullAntennaRestart
