  1. Looking back at previous planning pages reminded me of a few additional things

    • Instructions for migration to new ACS makefile
    • Make further progress onb the lingering issue with simulated components in the TMCDB (ICT-17129)
    • changes to allow Maven artefacts from ACS to be available in a repository accessible to all ICT developers
