Generate Maven Artifacts for ACS Jars
- Done in 2021FEB for local repository
  - New target 'deploy_all' was added to upload artifacts to maven repository
- Discuss appropriate ways to configure the destination repostiroy for artifacts (Env variable, Maven settings.xml, etc.) – 2021APR
