Solution
Use Net Beans 3.5.
Net Beans 3.6 behaves differently from Net Beans 3.5 and some interfaces in the extendibility API are incompatible with the previous version. Therefore the configuration provided by ACS for ABeans inside Net Beans does not work properly with this newer version.
