Introduction

Considering the large number of participants and the virtual format of this workshop, we require a way of communicating without saturating or interfering with the rest of the activities that will be taking place. The Slack chat allows to prepare separate channels for different purposes and have the people speaking isolated with the instructors.

Instructors

Instructors have been added to internal coordination channel to discuss anything that may be needed. Additionally, it is expected that they join all the acswsNN channels to be aware of the different questions from the basic track.

Basic Track Participants

Basic track participants are expected to join the acswsNN channel were they were assigned, according to ACS Workshop #12 - Groups confluence page. Here you can:

• Discuss topics with your group
• Request the instructors for help
  • Ask questions to be replied on the chat
  • Request them to join your zoom breakout session
  • Request them to join your live share session in visual studio code
